Sr. Analytics and Process Control Manager

Awardco is seeking a Sr. Analytics and Process Control Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and success of our Corporate Gifting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting process mapping and review, reporting and operational data insights, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize business processes, and owning projects to enable scale the department. This role will leverage tools such as Monday.com, ERP systems, AI, other programs to generate actionable reports and recommendations for stakeholders across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Mapping, Review, Implementation:
    Conduct in-depth process mapping and evaluations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within the Marketplace and Gifting functions. Build workflows and train users on how to execute processes/business functions in the department. 
  2. Data Reporting & Analysis:
    Create, manage, and optimize reports and dashboards using Monday.com or Tableau. Provide ad hoc analysis and insights for the Marketplace and Gifting functions to support business objectives, including vendor management dashboards. 
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with various departments, including Finance, IT, Legal, Software Development, and Client Success to align operational processes and improve reporting accuracy. Work collaboratively to optimize workflows and drive business performance.
  4. KPI & Metrics Tracking:
    Develop and launch reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing, order management, and fulfillment, and inventory ensuring that teams have accurate and up-to-date information on business performance and operational health.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    Recommend and implement process improvements by leveraging data insights and collaborating with stakeholders to increase the client experience, efficiency, scalability, and profitability. 

Job Qualifications:

  1. Experience:
    • 8-10 years of experience in an operations or data analyst role with strong process control and supply chain emphasis.
    • Has lead multiple integration projects with outside vendors. 
  2. Software Knowledge:
    • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, project management software such as Monday.com, and BI tools. 
    • 4-6 Years’ experience with NetSuite
    • Experience in research and development with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or others.  
    • Conversant in systems integration protocols such as APIs and middle-wares such as Celigo or Zapier.

  3. Skills:
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Proficient Excel skills with advance formula knowledge and practical experience. 
    • Ability to map workflows and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with operational processes in Marketplace or Gifting functions.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. 
  • Prior technical experience in writing basic code or queries in a standard language.
