ABOUT THE ROLE 

 

Internal Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Supply Planning

External Job Title: Finished Goods Planner

You will play a critical role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly by ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. You’ll be responsible for optimizing inventory levels across our network—balancing customer service targets, forecast accuracy, and safety stock—to deliver a reliable and efficient supply flow for your assigned SKU portfolio.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Optimize inventory and safety stock levels by setting and reviewing policies, parameters (e.g., reorder points, ABC classification), and quarterly stock settings across the supply network.

  • Plan and manage replenishment by running DRP functionalities, reviewing exceptions, and ensuring product availability from plant to distribution centers.

  • Coordinate production-related activities, including integrating new products, trials, and maintenance into production schedules and resolving Master Production Plan and Rough‑cut Capacity exceptions.

  • Oversee order placement and deployment by executing daily deployment planning and collaborating closely with the Order Desk to meet service level agreements.

  • Lead supply issue resolution by managing short‑term supply alerts, addressing out‑of‑stock situations, and defining corrective actions.

  • Maintain data accuracy and policies, ensuring high-quality Material Master Data and ownership of supply policies such as EOQ and scheduling.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Logistics Service Providers, Demand Planning, Factory Planning, and Transportation teams to support S&OP and ensure seamless operations.

 

What you will bring - Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: 

  • Graduate of Engineering or business-related course

  • At 2 years of experience working in supply or similar function

  • System Knowledge [Microsoft Office esp. Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc] 

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Total network view in his/her region (plants and DCs; cross country if needed)

  • Full understanding of total chain of planning processes

  • Knowledge around distribution capabilities within the responsible network

  • Good knowledge of inventory policies and methodologies

  • Pro-active & collaborative team worker

  • Analytical Problem Solving

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Experience in a multinational or multicultural environment.

  • System Knowledge [SAP]

 

Job Requirements:

  • Full-time employment

  • Onsite work setup; once a week work-from-home after 3 months

  • Work Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Mondays to Fridays)

  • Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverables
