Under the general supervision of a Director, the Senior Analyst, Regulatory Affairs; Compliance provides advanced analytical, investigative, and compliance support for Inmar Rx facilities and programs. The role leverages data-driven insights, regulatory knowledge, and investigative practices to ensure operations comply with federal and state laws, contractual obligations, and internal policies. The Senior Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, regulatory bodies, and operational leadership to support audits, investigations, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This will be located out of the Libertyville, Illinois Inmar facility.

Primary Accountabilities: 

Analytical – 50%

• Extract, validate, and analyze large and complex datasets.

• Build dashboards, metrics, and ad-hoc reports.

• Identify data anomalies or operational gaps indicating compliance risk.

• Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Strategic (Mapped from Investigative) – 50%

• Conduct and support investigations related to discrepancies, incidents, and compliance concerns.

• Perform root-cause analysis using evidence, system data, and documentation.

• Prepare investigative findings and communicate outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

• Track corrective and preventive actions to completion, ensuring effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Healthcare, Criminal Justice, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in compliance, investigations, analytics, audit, or regulatory affairs.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Drive).

• Experience with BI / data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and simplify complex datasets.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in regulated healthcare, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or life-sciences industries.

• Experience responding to regulatory inspections and audits.

• Background in compliance monitoring, investigations, or audit frameworks.

At Inmar, compensation reflects our belief in integrity, transparency, and the value of individual contributions. The hiring range for this position is:

63,963.00 - 106,605.00 USD Annual

The final offer may vary based on factors such as geographic location, job-related skills, education, certifications, work experience, and other relevant considerations.
