Sr. Analyst, Program Management
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role within Program Management supports the
execution and optimization of Asurion’s largest
client’s insurance programs. Acting as a key
connector across Legal, Product, Fraud, Marketing,
Regulatory, Client Services team and Verizon
product teams to ensure programs are performing as
intended and remain aligned with regulatory and
business requirements.
This role requires a balance of structured problem-
solving and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate
is comfortable working in ambiguity, collaborating
across teams, and diving into details to solve
complex, evolving challenges. Success comes from
strong ownership, effective stakeholder
management, and the ability to translate business
needs into actionable solutions.
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES:
• Support the execution of the insurance component
of the program operations, ensuring alignment with
program design and business goals
• Serve as the strategic partner to the Client Services
Team, and interface with Verizon to assess, refine,
and optimize program execution

• Lead program governance and structure, proactively
identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for
improvement
• Coordinate across Client Services, Legal, Verizon
Product, Fraud, Marketing, and Regulatory teams
• Partner with Regulatory to ensure programs remain
compliant and do not trigger regulatory risks or
thresholds
• Support the launch and operationalization of new
products and program enhancements
• Perform ad hoc and structured analyses to inform
strategic decisions
• Support the Average Claim Cost (ACC) Center of
Excellence by enabling teams to understand, adopt,
and report on ACC performance
• Develop and deliver clear, concise reporting and
insights to internal leadership and external clients
SKILLS:
Technical Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
with experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets
preferred
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable
insights
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,
Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, analytics,
pricing, finance, or related field
