The Procurement Compliance & Supplier ESG (Environmental and Social Governance) Senior Analyst supports the execution of procurement standards adherence, supplier sustainability, and ethical sourcing programs across the enterprise.
This role chips in to source-to-pay compliance, supplier ESG risk management, regulatory implementation, and audit readiness. The Specialist partners cross-functionally with Procurement, Sustainability, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Supply Chain, and Systems teams to translate regulatory and environmental, social, and governance requirements into practical actions that reduce risk, strengthen supplier performance, and support interpersonal commitments!

Procurement Compliance & Risk Management
We support development, maintenance, and implementation of policies related to procurement adherence, including drafting content and coordinating interested party feedback.
We drive procurement actions resulting from compliance initiatives, audit findings, and regulatory changes.
We support preparation for internal and external audits, including coordination of objective evidence.
Supplier Compliance, ESG & Responsible Sourcing
We support supplier adherence and ESG due diligence activities covering ethics, labor, environmental, and regulatory standards.
We assist with supplier ESG surveys, audits, and sustainability performance assessments.
We monitor supplier adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and third-party standards.
We support remediation and corrective action tracking with suppliers and support implementation and ongoing execution of the Responsible Procurement process.
We lead completion of government reporting for small business inclusion.
Procedures, Training & Documentation
We lead development of procurement procedures and work instructions by coordinating with subject matter authorities and development of training materials passionate about procurement adherence and responsible sourcing.
We apply good documentation practices consistent with regulated environments.
Data, Reporting & Program Support
We partner with analytics teams to support dashboards, scorecards, and reporting.
We ensure accuracy and integrity of compliance and sustainability metrics.
We manage well-defined low-complexity projects using Microsoft Planner or similar tools.
We coordinate activities for larger-scale procurement compliance and supplier sustainability programs.
Continuous Improvement & Teamwork
We find opportunities to improve compliance, ESG monitoring, and data collection processes.
We support rollout of new compliance tools, systems, and program enhancements.
We collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent supplier compliance and environmental responsibility practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in procurement, compliance, supplier management, sustainability, or related areas including documentation in regulated or rule-focused environments.
Experience interpreting and implementing regulatory or compliance requirements.
English B2+ or higher.
Project management experience.
Strong analytical skills with experience handling data, important metrics, and reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Planner or Project, and Power BI.
Experience developing or delivering training preferred
Experience with supplier assessment or risk platforms (e.g., EcoVadis, SEDEX, SupplierIO) and knowledge of sustainability and supply chain regulations (e.g., forced labor, REACH, RoHS) is desired
Experience supporting ESG reporting initiatives and PMP, Six Sigma, or sustainability/compliance certifications preferred
