Job Summary
Responsible for developing/delivering executive-level presentations & reporting that provide insights into Business Markets KPIs. This position will lead regular management discussion on performance, strategies & tactics. The position will also provide deep-dive analytical support to uncover root causes for trends in Business Markets channel performance. This role will work with members of the Business Markets teams to develop/improve sales processes & procedures, to help the Business hit KPIs.Job Description
Key Accountabilities
•Develop/deliver executive-level presentations to communicate Business Markets storylines and lead regular management discussion on strategies, tactics and performance
•Provide on-going analytical support and reporting on KPI measures for Business Markets sales channels
•Deliver key insights into Business Markets by uncovering root causes for trends in sales, gains & losses by type, channel, product and over time. Ability to derive insights from complex data for presentation and decision making
•Provide deep-dive analytical support for various sales channels, including performance against origination and delivery goals. Utilize visualization tools such as Power BI, and AI analytical agents, as applicable
•Actively work with various internal/external teams by providing data expertise, offering original perspectives, and challenging conventional views to better align decision making/perceptions with changing business needs
•Identify process improvements to enhance Business Markets effectiveness/efficiency
•Support development of Business Markets processes & procedures
•Integrate and manage data from various systems using Python and Snowflake SQL
•Works under minimal supervision/guidance from leads and leaders
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
·High School Diploma/GED equivalent with 7+ years relative industry experience
·2+ years of experience extracting and analyzing large volume of data using SQL, pivot tables and other large data analysis tools
·2+ years experience with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
·Excellent business, financial and analytical acumen
·Strong communication skills
·Business to Business experience preferred
·Python and Snowflake SQL experience preferred
