Job Description
This full-time role is based in our Denver, CO office but does have the potential to offer hybrid - remote flexibility with only a couple days each week in the office.
Students currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with an expected 2026/2027 graduation date are encouraged to apply.
Analysts on the People Insights and Analytics team not only help guide the strategic path for managing DaVita’s most valuable asset (Teammates) but also help shape the future of the growing field of HR Analytics. They have the opportunity to collaborate with top leaders throughout the Enterprise to identify, frame, and solve critical business questions. Analysts will bring a rigorous approach to analyzing people data, making data-driven decisions to support the strategy of people-related initiatives at DaVita, and providing leaders with key insights.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analytics
Strong foundation in quantitative concepts (e.g., financial, statistical, predictive models, data management, and reporting).
Ability to simplify complex or ambiguous business and operational problems through hypotheses-based analytical frameworks.
Intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo, ask provocative questions, and develop recommendations.
Knack for quickly internalizing how business processes work and the role that people play within.
Accountability
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, identifying and acting on the most important business problems to solve.
Drive actionable recommendations from synthesis of insights that push partners to differential results or new strategies.
Appropriately manage potential roadblocks proactively identifying, communicating, and solving issues.
Communication
Prioritize communications to focus on most critical information with a bias towards action (verbal and written).
Convey complex business problems through cohesive, impactful stories / presentations while maintaining analytical rigor.
Deliver effective internal and external communication including insights and progress towards results.
Team
Contribute to a team environment of trust and learning with multi-directional feedback.
Partner with Operations and People Services to drive results and maintain credibility.
Informally coach and mentor junior analysts.
Development
Aggressively pursue professional development opportunities seeking input and prioritizing appropriately.
Ability to quickly take action on tactical feedback and develop over time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (e.g., economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.) or otherwise demonstrate quantitative acumen.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with data management (e.g., SQL, WorkDay, etc.) and statistical / machine learning programing (R, Python, etc.).
Demonstrated track record of presenting quantitative analysis (i.e., internship experience).
Experience in leadership positions (e.g., student organization leadership).

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year.
