The following position is to join our RTX  Enterprise Services team: 

 

Brief Description of Department – RTX Corporation is seeking a strong candidate to join the Global Time & Labor Management Team.  The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of time feeds for multiple international sites, leading implementation projects, and solving complex problems.  The Global Time & Labor Management Team is a fast paced, high volume, metric driven, team-oriented environment which focuses on individual and team performance as well as continuous improvement.


What You Will do:

  • Implement new international Time & Attendance programs around the globe.
  • Perform all activities necessary to process international time feeds for Payroll and documenting and updating procedures.
  • Manage workflow to ensure all labor transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Audit, analyze, identify and resolve inconsistencies between HR, Time/Payroll, and Accounting systems.
  • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits, statutory labor laws, and local norms for countries supported.
  • Support compliance monitoring, issue tracking and resolution, and statutory filing management with the ability to design solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Recognize opportunities, recommend process improvements, and lead projects to increase efficiency and ensure quality.
     

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • This role typically requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related field and 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree. In the absence of a degree 6 years of applicable relevant experience may be considered
  • 2 Years of experience with Payroll/Labor.
  • 2 or more years of experience with Enterprise Payroll Software such as: Workday, ADP EV5, and ADP Workforce Manager.
  • Experience and knowledge of Payroll best practices.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Strong PC Skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with policy creation, project management, and communicating guidance to leadership at multiple levels.
  • Solid experience with 3rd Party Payroll providers such as ADP.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
