As the Sr. Marketing Analyst, Texture & Healthful Solutions US/CAN, you will drive key initiatives that shape our marketing strategy by transforming market and customer data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, and product development to develop performance dashboards, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations that fuel growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical, project management, and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

What you will do: 

  • Strategic Planning Contribution: Play a pivotal role in shaping the annual Strategic Plan for US/CAN by collaborating with cross-functional teams and synthesizing diverse data sources to deliver actionable insights that guide high-level decision-making across the organization.

  • Lead Competitive Intelligence: Spearhead the development and execution of regional competitive intelligence processes, integrating both quantitative and qualitative data to generate and share key market insights with stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Market & Customer Analytics: Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and industry dynamics to support advanced segmentation and targeting strategies, directly influencing product positioning, pricing, and regional marketing approaches.

  • Performance Tracking & Forecasting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and forecast marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Champion Data-Driven Innovation: Leverage advanced modeling and analytics to uncover growth opportunities, optimize marketing strategies, and foster a culture of innovation within the marketing function.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred)

  • Strong financial, analytical, data visualization, and communication skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Relevant B2B experience, ideally combining consulting and industry roles with a focus on strategy or finance

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce; SAP experience is a plus

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Pay Range:

$81,680.00-$108,906.67 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
