Overview

The Inside Sales Senior Analyst is responsible for driving Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution (SPD) sales and services to new and existing customers, with a focus on identifying opportunities, managing specialty programs, and collaborating across teams to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads, including those from manufacturing partners.

  • Collaborate with outside sales to identify and pursue larger opportunities.

  • Manage specialty programs such as Consignment and Short-Dated Selling.

  • Analyze gaps and trends to drive sales growth and margin improvement.

  • Facilitate deal modeling, pricing negotiations, and competitive intelligence gathering.

  • Partner with manufacturers and internal teams (Sourcing, Inventory, Finance, etc.) to optimize product offerings and customer solutions.

  • Support pharmacy personnel with product awareness and decision-making.

  • Participate in On Call rotation and specialty product allocation.

  • Conduct market research and attend site visits/conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred.

  • Strong multitasking, communication and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience in sales reporting and relationship building.

  • Healthcare and specialty product knowledge is a plus.

  • Attention to detail.

Anticipated hourly range: 17.60  – 27.61 per hour + incentive plan eligibility.

Bonus eligible: Yes (incentive plan eligible)
