What success looks like in this role:
• Serves as HR Generalist within an assigned country, providing advice across diverse HR programs, initiatives and activities.
• Manages / adapts support services to ensure applicability within the local area.
• Works closely with business leaders to:
o Ensure understanding of and compliance with legal, regulatory and other considerations,
o Ensure support and proactive implementation of HR programs and processes,
o Provide advice on matters of associate engagement, well-being and effective people leadership, and
o Help facilitate performance management and related processes, ensuring alignment between performance and rewards / compensation.
• Collaborates with line leadership and HR Talent Acquisition to define and develop strategic staffing efforts.
• Serves as point of contact for associates and leaders on engagement, workplace and other issues, working collaboratively to address and resolve.
• Analyzes HRIS and other data to identify and understand trends and changes.
• Drafts and implements HR policy and procedures in line with country legal requirements.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
