Sr. Analyst, FP&A - Mental Well Being

Position Summary

This role will support the Mental Well-being business including the Resources for Living and Behavioral health. Responsibilities will include FP&A functions (Budgeting & Forecasting, Expense Management, Month Close & Reporting),  and partnering with the business to provide financial inputs to support key functions (business cases, pricing etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is needed along with experience with Aetna Finance systems and processes. 
 

  • Develop quarterly forecasts and annual budgets; build rapport and accountability with individual cost center owners to maximize effectiveness 

  • Participate in month close; evaluate, analyze, and present monthly financial results to Business and Finance leaders 

  • Maintain membership budget, forecasting and actual reporting 

  • Develop quarterly forecasts and annual budgets; build rapport and accountability with individual cost center owners to maximize effectiveness 

  • Support special projects and perform ad-hoc analyses supporting the Resources for Living business 

  • Be a creative problem solver within fast evolving environment and have ability to adapt to change 



Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of relevant financial experience  

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are needed along with experience with financial systems. Proficiency with Anaplan, Hyperion and S4 Hana. 



Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare, managed care or financial services experience   

  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
