The following position is to join our RTX  Enterprise Services team: 

Brief Description of Department – Enterprise Real Estate Services has an opening for a Project Delivery planner. This position is responsible for supporting Enterprise Real Estate Services Construction Project Delivery, Project Managers and Project  Leadership.

What You Will do:

The Construction Project Delivery Planner duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and managing contractor daily badging authorizations/inputs and yearly picture update for badging. 
• Creating and managing site asset protection requests. 
• General support of the Enterprise Real Estate Services Project Delivery Project Managers including supporting running project financial reports, supporting project close out, project as-builts, and project updates.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• This role typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, construction, drafting/design, facilities or other related business field and 2 or more years of relevant experience. In the absence of a bachelor’s degree, 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities, Maintenance or construction in lieu of a degree will be considered.
• Experience or knowledge of general construction process (maintenance, electrical, mechanical building and factory machining or equipment support, manufacturing support, database support .
• Experience or working knowledge of SAP or related software to create purchase requisitions.
• Experience working with Construction Project Managers to create purchase requisitions
• Experience or knowledge of a standard construction close out process.

• Experience working cross-functionally with team members.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
