This role acts as a strategic link between technology teams and business units, driving innovation and efficiency through Microsoft solutions.
Workplace: Sao Bernardo do Campo
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office - 2 days from home)
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales and Field Service).
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee delivery.
Recommend improvements and innovations leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Ensure solution integrity, performance, and scalability.
Participate in digital transformation projects and strategic initiatives.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly Sales and Field Service modules.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Microsoft productivity tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with business stakeholders.
Proactive mindset, continuous learning attitude, and strategic vision for technology.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate English (global communication) and Intermediate Spanish (LATAM users).
Must reside in the São Paulo region (on-site at Otis Elevator headquarters).
Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
Experience in digital transformation projects or system integrations.
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Familiarity with MS Azure DevOps (ADO).
Minimum 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM projects (Sales and Field Service).
Education level:
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
