Job Summary
The Deal Desk Sr. Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence across the deal lifecycle. This role serves as the central point of contact for sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex commercial deal structures into actionable Salesforce data, enabling process efficiency, and delivering insights that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and possesses a deep understanding of sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial enablement functions. While this role will not work on specific deals, it will concentrate on broader process optimization, data analysis, and performance tracking to help drive revenue growth and margin improvement. Key Responsibilities
Operations & Analytics
Own end-to-end deal desk operations, including working with sellers to ensure Salesforce opportunity data and pipeline accuracy for open and closed deals.
Serve as the central point of contact for functional operations questions related to deal desk processes, approvals, and data integrity.
Interpret commercial contracts, quotes, and order forms to ensure accurate reflection of deal terms within Salesforce.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing and Revenue Operations to streamline deal execution and maintain compliance.
Develop and maintain deal desk dashboards and reporting in Salesforce and Looker, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Analyze deal velocity, identify friction points, and translate findings into business narratives to inform process improvement and forecasting accuracy.
Support the Director in publishing Deal Desk quarterly newsletter to the revenue organization.
Enablement
Design and deliver training materials and onboarding programs for new sales hires on deal desk processes, Salesforce usage, and quoting best practices.
Support ongoing seller enablement through process Q&A, deal structure guidance, and case-by-case deal desk support.
Develop and publish playbooks and documentation for new deal types and market segments.
Build and maintain a Deal Desk Wiki page, consolidating enablement materials, Deal Playbooks, FAQs, and “How-To” resources to drive self-service adoption.
Partner with enablement teams to continuously improve training and communication of deal-related policies and workflows.
Qualifications
Required:
3-5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or Contracts Management Operations.
Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce CRM, CPQ systems, and Looker.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret deal data and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of data accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, “curiosity-driven” mindset.
High attention to detail and strong operational discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise or SaaS deal structures.
Familiarity with quote-to-cash workflows, commercial contracts, and revenue recognition principles.
Strong presentation skills and experience developing enablement content for sales teams.

Primary Location Pay Range: $84,642.69 - $126,964.03Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
