Key Responsibilities:
1. Service KPI Management:
· Responsible for achieving and sustaining high levels of service performance, including On-Time delivery (ORDD), Case Fill Rate (CFR), and Distribution Forecast Accuracy.
· Monitor and analyze service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
2. CPFR Leadership:
· Own end-to-end CPFR, leading forecast collaboration, order reconciliation, and joint business planning (JBP) execution for assigned categories.
· Coordinate weekly CPFR/exception reviews, reconcile customer forecasts vs. company plans, and drive agreed corrective actions to closure.
3. Forecast Management:
· Monitor and action forecast alerts, investigating and resolving variances outside ±15% of M-1 and M-2 forecasts within defined SLA.
· Partner with sales, demand planning, and the customer to update plans and orders.
· Drive measurable forecast improvements, aiming for a +2-5% Forecast Accuracy (F/A) lift vs. baseline by 2026.
4. Service Performance:
· Accountable for On-Time delivery (ORDD) and Case Fill Rate targets, investigating service drivers and implementing corrective actions.
· Manage distributor/customer performance reviews and scorecards, identifying areas for improvement.
5. Continuous Improvement:
· Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methods to reduce supply loss and stockouts.
· Review in-stock levels for top 25 SKUs, leading root-cause analysis for out-of-stocks and implementing remediation to improve "out-the-door" sales capture.
6. Process Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:
· Document processes and procedures, enabling knowledge transfer and coaching junior analysts to scale CPFR capability.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with a focus on CPFR, forecasting, and service management.
· Proven track record of driving service excellence and improving forecast accuracy.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
· Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with data analysis and visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
· Experience Foodservice distribution companies.
· Familiarity with food industry trends and challenges.
· Certification in CPFR, APICS, or related field.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
