Fabletics is looking for a Senior AI Operations Manager, (Fulfillment Centers)

This role will serve as an AI builder for operations, driving automation and transformation initiatives within our fulfillment network, beginning at TIJ2 with future scalability across all sites. You will combine advanced AI capabilities with deep operational expertise to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires a highly innovative, fast-paced, and analytical mindset with a strong foundation in fulfillment operations and Lean principles.
This role will report to the Sr. Director of Industrial Engineering.
What you will do:
Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate and optimize fulfillment operations, starting at TIJ2 and scaling across the network, with a targeted 3% annual cost reduction
Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact automation and process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights, including labor planning models and real-time process flow management
Partner with Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and 3PL partners to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows, including enhancements to WMS to dynamically direct user actions and maintain optimal flow
Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to continuously enhance operational capabilities and innovation
What you can bring:
Advanced AI skillset with demonstrated ability to build and deploy automation solutions in operational environments
Strong systems knowledge (e.g., WMS, OMS, ERP) and ability to integrate technology into fulfillment workflows
Proven problem-solving and innovation capabilities in fast-paced, data-driven environments
7+ years of operations experience (preferred), ideally within eCommerce or fulfillment environments
Strong knowledge of Lean principles (preferred) and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives without direct authority
Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Where we are:
This role will be based in San Diego, CA, with the expectation to commute to Tijuana, Mexico at the G Global 3PL site, TIJ2, 2-4 days per week.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $114,692-$160,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
