The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives and department leaders, ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling the team to function efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted partner, handling sensitive information with discretion and representing the department with professionalism.

The Sr. Administrative Assistant will work a hybrid schedule from our Atlanta, GA office.

Responsibilities: 

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare detailed itineraries for leaders
  • Communication Management: Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of leadership
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items
  • Project Coordination: Support departmental and cross-functional projects by tracking deadlines, gathering information, and preparing materials
  • Office Operations: In partnership with the Office Administrator, maintain office systems, manage supplies, process invoices, and support vendor relationships
  • Data & Reporting: Prepare spreadsheets, dashboards, and summaries to support decision-making
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a liaison between leaders, employees, and external partners to ensure timely communication and follow-through
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency
  • Event Support: Assist with planning and execution of team meetings, employee events, and leadership sessions
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:   

  • Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience: 5+ years of administrative support experience, including support for senior leaders or executives
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, or Zoom
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and interact with all levels of the organization
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise

 

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. Discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded.
