Job Description Summary

As part of the Finance team within the Finance Service Centre (FSC) this role will help to drive the delivery of accounting and financial services to internal and external stakeholders.

The role will be responsible for the accounts receivable processing and reporting.

About the Role:

  • Generate accounts receivable invoices, including manual invoice requests for corporate business units and contract billing for recurring fees
  • Process receivables accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and generate AR reports for review, distribution, and management monitoring
  • Respond to internal and external accounts receivable queries and resolve billing-related issues
  • Support the Finance team within the PSC to ensure efficient invoice management and adherence to required deadlines

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or finance operations
  • Proven experience in invoice generation, billing, and reconciliation activities
  • Working knowledge of accounting systems, invoicing tools, and reporting processes
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
