Sr. Account Execufive, Advanced Surgery JD
 Work closely with sales manager and representafives to implement mulfi-source product sales and markefing strategy.
 Make field visits and establish strong relafionships with key decision-makers and commiftees within the buying organizafion.
 Proacfively develop indicafions of sealant and anfiadhesion products, build user applicafion experiences, and assist in reducing the product applicafion learning curve in the CVS / CRS /GS / Obstetrics & Gynecology surgical field.
 Support direct team Hands-on product pracfice to surgeons in the Operafing room, build user applicafion experiences, and assist in reducing the product applicafion learning curve in the CVS / CRS /GS / Obstetrics & Gynecology surgical field.
 Must be able to work autonomously to achieve established goals while proacfively communicafing with management.
Qualificafions:
 Proven sales performance - Bachelor’s Degree - 3 years OR and/or hospital medical sales experience
 Collaborafion and Teamwork
 Defines success in terms of the whole organizafion; can develop verfical and horizontal team effecfiveness; demonstrates support for other people and team; willing to share resources; willing to parficipate & contribute to efforts beyond own scope of responsibilifies; seeks and gives feedback and input.
 Business Acumen - knowledgeable about products and processes; aware of how sales strategies and tacfics work in the marketplace; knows the compefifion.
 Communicafion - Speaks and writes clearly and effecfively; promotes a free flow of informafion through the organizafion; proacfively shares informafion within and across the organizafion; listens acfively.
 Customer Focus - maintains effecfive relafionships with customers and gains their trust and respect; Is dedicated to meefing the expectafions and requirements of internal and external customers.
