Schedule: Monday - Friday, some Saturday's;

10:00PM - 6:00 AM - End of production

Starting Pay: $ 16.55/hour

$2.00 shift differential

This position is responsible for spreading breast meat out onto a belt conveyor. Breast meat is pumped from a bin onto a belt conveyor at waist height.  One of the Spreaders controls the speed of the pump.  As the meat is pumped onto the conveyor belt the Spreader spreads the meat out on the belt and makes sure that the smooth side of the breast meat is facing up.  The breast meat is smoothed out so that there are no folds and the meat is laying flat.  You will be sitting or standing for 8 hours.  The temperature is 45 to 50 degrees. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
