The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Associate, Sportsbook Operations, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing real-time sports moments to life for our customers. You’ll work at the center of live operations, helping turn key events into engaging, bettable experiences while driving coordination across multiple teams. From game day execution to campaign delivery, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly and performs at a high level. As you grow in the role, you’ll take on greater ownership of sports and cross-functional initiatives, shaping how we deliver impactful experiences across the Sportsbook.

What you’ll do as a Senior Associate, Sportsbook Operations

  • Execute sportsbook strategy across live sports windows, identifying key moments and bringing them to market in real time.
  • Partner with Social, Customer Relationship Management, Integrated Marketing, and Merchandising teams to support go-to-market campaigns, live moment activation, and promotional execution.
  • Support on-site merchandising efforts, including content placement, prioritization, and optimization across sports and promotional surfaces.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to drive fast, aligned execution across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support game day operations, ensuring smooth execution while responding to live moments, promotions, and in-game opportunities, including nights and weekends during peak seasons.
  • Maintain and improve centralized organization of initiatives, timelines, and performance tracking to ensure clear visibility across teams.
  • Use data to support sport-specific strategy, helping identify opportunities for optimization and inform key decisions.
  • Contribute to key moments and campaigns across a variety of sports throughout the year.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced or consumer-facing environment.
  • A strong understanding of sports and live event dynamics, with interest across multiple leagues.
  • The ability to operate effectively in real-time, high-pressure environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and identify actionable insights.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams without direct ownership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 60,800.00 USD - 76,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
