Sports Operations Officer
As a Sports Operations Officer, we need you to:
- Responsible for the full life cycle of our trading product; specials, Manual Markets & Price boosts etc.
- Event Creation, Pricing, Price changes, Content management (markets/offers translations), Settlement, Resettlement, Customer Queries
- Assembling accurate and strategic weekly content schedules to ensure the most efficient use of resources and optimal event coverage
- Build relationships with other key stakeholders, such as Sportsbook, Risk Management, Content and Product Management to ensure an optimum trading product proposition
- Collaboration with Trading Operations and Product Management to ensure development of our tools for more efficient market creation and pricing that will be paramount to scaling our product to ‘Best in Class’
- Competitor awareness and periodic analysis as required
- Testing of new markets & features as required
- Ensure that we have the most competitive Sportsbook in region: user experience; margins; special offers
- Manage the quick failover from Ramp Feed to Betradar for in-play during RAMP or network outage
- Bug reporting: ensure that web and mob pages function without interruption and errors
- Daily check the website for the absence of any content (offers, leagues, markets, banners)
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
We need you to have:
- Knowledge of the mathematics, excel and Sports knowledge
- Relevant bookmaking experience in operations
- Understanding of Online product management
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Good understanding of the gaming industry
