Responsibilities
Design and help implement a Sports Marketing strategy aligned with Skechers’ brand positioning and business goals, specifically in Basketball, Pickleball, Football, Running & Golf.
Build and manage a robust portfolio of athletes, sports clubs, and events to ensure consistent and meaningful brand exposure.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with athletes, overseeing product seeding, campaign briefings, and guidance on proper social media usage aligned with brand standards.
Develop and execute a Key Ambassadors Plan to increase visibility and sales of Skechers Tech Sports product lines.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to expand brand relevance within the sports ecosystem.
Create initiatives that directly link sports partnerships with retail and product sales performance.
Collaborate internally across departments (Product, Sales, Operations) to ensure efficient planning and procurement of Tech Sports products.
Ensuring effective use of resources and ROI.
Ensure timely delivery and production of co-branded products in coordination with the club’s competition calendar.
Coordinate activations and brand initiatives aligned with the club’s historical milestones and national sporting moments.
