The Position

CAA Sports Licensing is seeking a smart, motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual who is able to support CAASL Logistics. The Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of administrative, analytical, and general support tasks for CAASL’s Head of Logistics. The individual should be highly organized, self-motivated and have the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit and proofread contracts and agreements for clients

  • Assist in managing and tracking licensing agreements, review and approve artwork, communicate with clients, vendors, and licensee partners, track royalties and sales reports, ensure insurance requirements are met, and follow up on invoices due

  • Manage and maintain accurate spreadsheets to track and follow-up on clients’ licensing processes, projects, and renewals

  • Manage heavy volume of incoming and outgoing calls and emails

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and create process documentation

  • Assist with quarterly financial reports to provide sales details to clients

  • Special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience of relevant professional experience preferrably within licensing, production, consumer goods, branding, and experiential marketing

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Keynote, Evernote, and Cloud-based storage services

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail oriented

  • Very strong written communication skills

  • Service oriented with a strong desire to pitch in to help team members

  • Ability to make independent decisions under pressure, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant discipline preferred

Location

This role is based in our Atlanta, GA office. 

 

Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $23.00-$27.00. This

position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. Please talk with a CAA Recruiter to learn more.
