Job Overview 
The Sponsored Products Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing sponsored product advertising campaigns across digital platforms to drive product visibility, conversions, and return on investment. This role involves managing campaign setup, performance monitoring, keyword optimization, and data analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support advertising strategies and achieve campaign objectives.
 
What You Will Be Doing:

Campaign Management:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of sponsored product campaigns across digital advertising platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and others.
  • Set up campaigns, including keyword research, ad creative development, bid management, and targeting optimization to achieve campaign objectives.

Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, and implement optimization strategies to improve performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and iterate on ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Keyword Research and Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and search terms relevant to target audiences and product offerings.
  • Optimize keyword targeting, match types, and bids to improve ad relevance, visibility, and conversion rates.

Budget Management:

  • Manage advertising budgets and bids effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor budget utilization, pacing, and performance against targets, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize campaign performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, key metrics, and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Analyze data trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark performance against competitors, and inform campaign strategies and optimizations.
  • Monitor competitor advertising activities, ad creative, messaging, and positioning to identify opportunities and threats.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, e-commerce, and analytics, to align advertising strategies with business objectives and product launches.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners, including advertising agencies, vendors, and platforms, to execute campaigns and achieve objectives.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on sponsored product campaigns and advertising platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, or similar.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms and tools, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
