What will you be doing?

We’re looking for a commercially savvy leader to accelerate growth in our SPM portfolio. You’ll craft and execute market development strategies, deepen relationships with HCPs and industry KOLs, and manage distributor performance—optimizing market share while lifting operational efficiency.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Building strong, trust‑based relationships with physicians and industry KOLs.
  • Developing account‑by‑account strategies with Sales to deliver outstanding service and meet sales/share targets.
  • Maintaining regular personal contact with key customers and strategic accounts to ensure their needs are met.
  • Guiding and enabling distributor sales teams to create and convert market opportunities.
  • Assessing and reviewing distributor performance on a regular cadence, with clear action plans.
  • Leading successful product introductions and launches.
  • Owning monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts; monitoring performance vs. plan and correcting course where needed.
  • Continuously updating knowledge of our product portfolio and scanning competitive dynamics to spot opportunities and threats.

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Life Sciences; MBA is a plus.
  • 12+ years of sales & marketing experience in a multinational—ideally medical devices.
  • Deep understanding of the medical device market with systematic, strategic thinking.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead an SPM sales team; strong cross‑functional collaboration.
  • High resilience with excellent planning, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills to interpret performance and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English.
  • Solid MS Office proficiency.
  • Valid driver’s licence; flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.
