Provide a safe listening environment for all participants.
Ensure student confidentiality.
Check in on students who might need additional support post meetings.
Debrief after sessions for supervision and to gather program evaluation feedback.

Requirements
Mentor must be a certified Spiritual Director.
Hourly rate is $25 an hour.
