The Role: Spirits Manager

As the Spirits Manager at our Regina location, you’ll bring your expertise in spirits and people leadership to run a dynamic department, host tastings, and help shape one of Saskatchewan’s best selections of spirits. This role is perfect for someone who wants to turn their knowledge and love of spirits into a stable, full-time career with growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a high-performing department team

• Deliver expert customer service and make personalized spirit recommendations

• Plan and host in-store tasting events

• Manage department inventory, ordering, and merchandising

• Monitor team scheduling and sales performance

• Keep the department organized, clean, and ready for business

• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge

• Ensure compliance with liquor and workplace safety regulations

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a spirits focused environment (retail, hospitality, or bar leadership)

• Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

• Serve it Right certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong product knowledge in spirits (WSET 2, bartending, certifications, or similar is an asset)

• Great communication skills and a passion for customer service

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work evenings/weekends as needed
