Position Summary
You will lead business intelligence for Specialty and Oncology in the Philippines. You will turn data into clear insights that guide strategy, commercial decisions and operational improvements. You will work closely with commercial, medical, finance, data science and systems teams. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a bias for practical solutions. - Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance across specialty and oncology channels.
- Analyse sales, market and customer data to produce clear, actionable recommendations for commercial and medical teams.
- Lead forecasting, segmentation and targeting activities and support sales incentive design where required.
- Own data quality and governance for your domain, working with data stewards and IT to improve reliability and access.
- Run and deliver analytics projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to stakeholder communication and change support.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that improve ways of working, processes and systems integration.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, life sciences, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics or a related analytics role.
- Strong skills in data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent) and advanced Excel.
- Practical experience with SQL and basic scripting or programming (Python, R or similar).
- Experience working with commercial or healthcare data and translating it into business recommendations.
- Strong communication skills in English, with experience presenting insights to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, ideally with specialty or oncology exposure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms or omnichannel tools and their reporting ecosystems.
- Experience with forecasting, segmentation, targeting or sales incentive processes.
- Knowledge of data governance, master data management or data quality improvement initiatives.
- Advanced degree or professional certification in analytics, data science or business intelligence.
- Experience working in a matrix environment and collaborating across functions and regions.
