We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Representative who is available to work full time (30 hours per week), Monday through Friday, within our operating hours of 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM.

Position Overview

As a Shipping & Receiving Representative, you will play a critical role in the preparation and movement of specialty pharmacy orders. You will partner closely with Backend Operations Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant shipment of patient medications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.

Essential Functions

This role is responsible for performing key shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse duties, including:

  • Execute Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, and general warehousing tasks within CVS Specialty
  • Maintain warehouse organization and support daily operational workflow
  • Participate in receiving and inspection of materials:
    • Unload incoming shipments
    • Inspect items for damage
    • Verify quantities and documentation
  • Order fulfillment:
    • Accurately assemble, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Inventory management:
    • Perform regular inventory counts
    • Maintain accurate stock records
    • Report inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure products are stored in designated areas and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe workplace
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals
  • Work productively with minimal supervision
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Physical Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to:

  • Lift 50 pounds or more
  • Stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the shift
  • Remain on their feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours depending on operational needs)

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of work experience
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift
  • Experience using an electric pallet jack

Preferred Qualifications

  • Warehouse experience
  • Order fulfillment experience
  • Basic computer skills

Education

  • Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 - $26.21

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
