Position Summary You will lead specialty sales and marketing activities in the Philippines to grow our presence in hospital and specialty care settings. You will work closely with sales colleagues, medical, market access, and external healthcare partners. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Develop and execute targeted commercial plans for specialty accounts and hospital channels. - Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital pharmacies, and key stakeholders to understand needs and drive engagement. - Work closely with sales teams to translate strategy into field activities and support effective territory execution. - Use customer and market insights to shape segmentation, messaging, and multichannel activities. - Lead cross-functional projects with medical, market access, and compliance to ensure aligned and compliant execution. - Monitor performance, manage budgets, and report on outcomes to improve decision making. Responsibilities - Own the local commercial plan for assigned specialty areas and ensure strong operational delivery. - Coach and support sales colleagues to improve customer engagement and drive measurable results. - Ensure all activities follow ethical, legal, and regulatory standards and internal policies. - Translate clinical and scientific information into clear, customer-focused materials in collaboration with medical colleagues. - Identify new opportunities for growth and recommend actionable initiatives. - Support launch readiness and implementation when new specialty initiatives are introduced. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales or specialty commercial roles, ideally in hospital or specialty care settings. - Proven track record building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals. - Strong commercial mindset with experience in territory planning and execution. - Good analytical skills and ability to use data and insights to drive actions. - This role will be on-site with field travel across the Philippines. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience working with hospital pharmacies, KOLs, or specialty clinics. - Background in market access or reimbursement processes in the Philippines. - Familiarity with multichannel customer engagement and digital tools. - Experience in cross-functional project leadership. - Strong presentation and training skills for field teams and stakeholders. - Advanced degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or business.
