Job Details

The Master Data and Order-to-Cash Specialist plays a central role by acting as the link between the Master Data team, the Order-to-Cash (O2C) team, and the IT team. They ensure optimal data management and operational efficiency across cross-functional teams.

1. Data Management (Master Data Management)

  • Collaborate with the Master Data team to ensure accurate and timely creation, maintenance, and updating of data in the relevant systems.

  • Analyze, cleanse, and manipulate data to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.

  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, working closely with the relevant stakeholders.

  • Support system upgrade, testing, and integration projects involving data management.

2. Order-to-Cash (O2C) Operations

  • Collaborate with the O2C team in Marseille to optimize processes related to order management, invoicing, and cash collection.

  • Act as the link between the O2C team and client teams in the Netherlands to ensure smooth communication and operations.

  • Monitor and report on O2C performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Help resolve customer questions and issues related to orders, invoicing, and payments.

3. Systems and Data Analysis

  • Serve as a point of contact for the IT team and coordinate with the Master Data and O2C teams on any new customer request.

  • Use tools and software to extract, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and reporting.

  • Be comfortable working with various systems, including ERP platforms, data management tools, and reporting software.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support the Master Data and O2C teams.

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams in Marseille and external stakeholders in the Netherlands.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for data-related questions and process improvement initiatives across teams.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align objectives, share updates, and address challenges.
