Support vendor onboarding and approval processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Maintain compliance databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
Assist in delivering training and onboarding sessions for vendors and internal teams.
Prepare reports and support analysis for leadership and program evaluation.
Identify and escalate risks or issues as appropriate.
Contribute to process documentation, system improvements, and team collaboration.
In-depth knowledge of labor, environmental, and safety standards of the country.
Experience with data management and reporting tools.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.

Ability to provide capacity building/ trainings to train vendor/factory trainers.
