Summary of Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Semiconductor Recruiter to help scale India by hiring top engineering and technical talent. In this individual contributor role, you will drive sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement efforts for niche semiconductor roles and ensure a seamless hiring experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a direct impact on building world-class engineering teams.
 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across. Source, identify, and engage top semiconductor and technical talent across India.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, align on hiring strategies, and deliver qualified talent efficiently and thoughtfully. Understand role requirements, team needs, and project priorities.
  • Use advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate outreach. Build strong, ongoing talent pipelines for specialized roles (Design, Verification, DFT, Physical Design, Memory Design Development, CPU Development). Ensure candidates remain informed, supported, and positively engaged throughout the process
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR business partners and other HR COE teams and organizational leaders to ensure alignment and collaboration on talent strategies
  • Engage candidates proactively and drive meaningful conversations to understand skill sets, motivations, and fit.
  • Share regular updates with stakeholders on progress, challenges, and market conditions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Prior working experience in the Semiconductor industry is must
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Workday
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices

  • Able to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with multiple priorities
