This position is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting while ensuring the process is efficient, effective, and equitable. This involves sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, working with hiring managers to understand their needs, identify job requirements, developing sourcing strategies, create effective hiring strategies and creating job postings. Ideal candidates should have the ability to build relationships quickly with both applicants and hiring managers. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This position requires handling projects simultaneously therefore strong organizational and problem-solving skills is necessary.Job Description:
Manages the full‑cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate evaluations to support timely and high‑quality hiring decisions.
Partners with hiring managers to align role requirements, interview processes, and candidate assessment criteria to ensure informed selection decisions.
Fulfills high standards of candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely updates, and consistent support throughout all stages of the hiring process.
Supports employer branding and talent attraction initiatives by preparing recruitment materials, managing online presence, and coordinating participation in events such as career fairs and campus activities.
Maintains accurate documentation in recruitment systems, including requisition approvals, job postings, resumes, interviews documentation to ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements.
Leverage recruiting metrics, performance data, and market intelligence to assess hiring effectiveness, identify process bottlenecks, and provide leaders with competitive insights that support continuous improvement and informed decision‑making.
Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to facilitate onboarding coordination, workforce planning activities, and cross‑functional HR projects.
Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.
Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.
Additional Job Description:
Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field from accredited school.
Experience
3 years of experience managing full recruiting cycle including mass hiring. 5 years of experience is preferred.
Experience recruiting for multiple functions or high‑volume roles.
Employer branding or talent marketing experience. (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English with aptitude in conducting interviews.
