Ferring+You 

The Specialist, Project Management will support the US Internal Creative Studio by coordinating projects from intake through delivery. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day project flow, ensuring deliverables move efficiently through internal processes, including Legal, Medical, and Regulatory (LMR) review. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, experience managing creative workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones with US-based teams.

Your Day at Ferring 

  • Coordinate and track projects within the Studio using a cloud-based project management system (e.g., Wrike), ensuring timelines, tasks, and deliverables remain on schedule.

  • Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, clarifying requirements, and escalating issues as needed.

  • Review incoming project requests, confirm requirements, and assign tasks based on workflow priorities and team capacity.

  • Manage the routing of materials through internal review and approval processes, including Legal, Medical, and Regulatory (LMR) review. Act as the agency uploader for Studio projects in Veeva PromoMats, ensuring files are properly tagged, referenced, submitted, and that decisions are communicated to the creative team for updates.

  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and non-commercial teams to ensure deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and brand standards.

  • Monitor production milestones, anticipate potential bottlenecks, and communicate proactively to maintain project momentum.

  • Report on Studio hours, savings, and other identified metrics to support operational transparency and continuous improvement.

  • Support process documentation, reporting, and metrics tracking to improve operational transparency and efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support continuous improvement within the Studio.

Behind Our Innovation… There’s You 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of project management or operations experience, ideally within a creative agency, marketing, or pharmaceutical/healthcare environment.

  • Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills required.

  • Proficiency in Veeva PromoMats is required.

  • Demonstrated experience with cloud-based project management tools (Wrike preferred; Asana, Monday.com, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing processes and familiarity with US regulatory review workflows (LMR).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to pull, analyze, and report on project metrics to support operational transparency and continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a global, remote team, collaborating across multiple time zones and functions.

  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
