What you will do:
The Specialist, Sales Order Operations is responsible for receiving, processing, and following up on highly complex sales orders in close collaboration with Sales teams. This role ensures the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all sales order activities throughout the order lifecycle, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
How you will do it:
- Receive, review, and process highly complex sales orders from Sales teams.
- Perform daily order creation, maintenance, and validation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order data.
- Ensure all sales orders comply with established business processes, policies, and controls.
- Execute end‑to‑end order lifecycle activities in SAP, including order entry, updates, monitoring, and follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, and other cross‑functional teams to resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, and delivery concerns.
- Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely processing, invoicing readiness, and completion.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and system accuracy to support reporting and financial requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with a minimum of 2 year of relevant experience.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP (Prefer Salesforce) sales order processing (SD module or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash processes and sales operations.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex, high‑volume transactions.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
