The Role: Specialist, Sales Operations
Entegris Korea is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and support strategic engagement with key semiconductor customers.
This role requires strong operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive process improvements that enhance overall sales performance.
In this role you will:
Provide comprehensive sales operations support by understanding the full sales cycle and the associated internal and external processes
Independently manage and execute a wide range of sales-related requests and processes through internal systems and tools
Develop, enhance, and automate regular sales reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Identify process gaps and proactively propose improvements to increase operational efficiency
Coordinate sales meetings, business reviews, and events
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of Entegris product and corporate information on customer portals
Contribute to cross-functional projects that enable business growth and operational excellence
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Customer Service, or related operational functions
Strong proficiency in MS office
Intermediate level of speaking and writing in English
Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership and problemsolving skills
