Job Description

The Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum requirements: 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, 1 years (+) IT industry experience
  • Sales skills – Familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.
  • Business Operations – Ability to accurately document call outcomes and notes
  • Industry knowledge – basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions
  • Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is required
  • Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business language
  • Language skills: English B2

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding ISVs into ISV Success, explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, opportunities and setting up
  • engagement expectations.
  • Activating technical consults and Go-To-Market Planning sessions.
  • Pipeline management of their ISVs through proactive outreach, to ensure ISVs have all the support required to meet their anticipated publication dates
  • Nurturing and activating through regular emails and one-on-one meetings with ISVs.
  • Track progression towards the next steps in the build, publish, grow progression, as well as re- engage with ISVs for new cycles of build, publish, grow for subsequent application development projects.
  • Collect and share meaningful insights, feedback and quotes from ISVs to inform Microsoft.
  • Identify blockers and bottlenecks in processes or ISV experiences and report them to Microsoft.

Internal Career Path Policies

  • The game-changers must have the approval of his or her immediate supervisor to apply for the call.
  • Required tenure: 6 months.
  • Required performance: KPIs or goals on target for the business unit to which they belong in the last 3-month period (not average).
  • Must not have active disciplinary actions.
  • The game-changer may participate in only one process at a time.
  • Comply with the learning paths of the Corporate University.
  • Must remain at least 6 months in the position to which he/she was recently promoted, to be able to apply for another call.
  • If you were evaluated by the PC psychologist for a vacancy and you were not selected, you must wait at least 2 months to reapply for that same position from which you did not pass
  • The process is performed and/or outside working hours, which means that the game-changer should be available in his free time in case we require it.
  • Any other guidelines that may arise in the Career Path process due to the legislation of each location or client's guidelines will be recorded within the current procedure and platform.
