Title and Summary

Specialist, Product Enablement and Communications

The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.

The Mastercard Identity Network seeks a Product Marketing Manager as part of the Network Enablement team. The ideal candidate should be driven to learn about technology, goal-oriented, customer-focused, collaborative, able to decipher technical initiatives and a strong storyteller.

Role
• Create and/or manage technology one-pagers, briefings, FAQs, newsletters, SharePoint sites and presentation decks
• Deliver input into, manage and/or create product-related GTM deliverables including training, external customer briefings and internal/external emails
• Work with leaders, product managers, data scientists, data experts and engineering to interpret their initiative’s impact for Mastercard and our customers
• Be expected to align new material with Mastercard copy and style guidelines

All About You
• Have a portfolio of past GTM materials describing a new technology, update, feature or platform to market-facing teams and/or customers
• Share experience working with several teams, including legal and privacy, to develop and gain approve for external communications
• Offer an entrepreneurial within a business organization mindset
• Remain competitive, seeking to not only describe our technology, but how we can compete with competitive technologies
• Be detail-oriented to align with Mastercard standards, but creative within those standards
• Be a technology storyteller with solid grammar and style experience (such as AP)
• Have knowledge of or working with machine learning model teams or technologies

Pay Ranges

Vancouver, Canada: $68,000 - $109,000 CAD
