What you'll do
The Product Content and Imagery Specialist plays a key role in enhancing the visual identity of the Sports Experts and Atmosphere brands. Working closely with internal teams, this person ensures brand image consistency across seasons and product categories while contributing to the creation of inspiring and strategic content.
Main responsibilities:
· Ensure brand image consistency according to established guidelines, considering seasonality and product categories.
· Select featured products in collaboration with the purchasing team (creation and accessorizing of shooting kits).
· Participate in photo shoots and advertising productions, providing creative styling and ensuring product credibility.
· Recommend partners, casting, and locations.
· Prepare mood boards for certain categories to be shot.
· Contribute to the quality and relevance of visual content aligned with marketing objectives.
· Coordinate sample acquisition and ensure efficient management.
· Participate in improving photo production and sample management processes.
· Follow up on internal and external content approvals.
· Prepare lists of shot products for internal teams.
· Manage production-related invoicing.
· In collaboration with the Product and Imagery Advisor:
· Pre-select photos to be used.
· Manage photo reception, archiving, and sharing of visuals via Pixieset.
· Monitor product representation across various channels.
· Sort reusable photos by season and update the platform.
What you bring
· Degree in production, communications, marketing, or related field.
· 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing project management, visual production, and post-production.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Bilingual, English and French (spoken and written).
· Knowledge of traditional, digital, and social marketing channels.
· Experience in indoor and outdoor photo/video shoots (asset).
· Autonomy, discretion, client-oriented strategic mindset.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Valid driver's license.
· Excellent visual sensitivity and understanding of brand image.
· Strong interest in sports, fashion, and outdoor activities.
· Creativity, attention to detail, organizational skills.
· Ability to collaborate with multiple teams (production, purchasing, marketing).
· Experience in styling and/or retail (assets).
