The PMO role will support governance, planning, and delivery oversight for strategic programs within VCC. The position ensures alignment with organizational objectives, manages project standards, and facilitates smooth execution across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish & lead Governance & Reporting framework for VCC
  • Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, templates, and processes.
  • Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Planning & Coordination
  • Support demand intake and resource planning for initiatives various engagements
  • Facilitate SteerCo and governance meetings; prepare decks and progress reports.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Monitor adherence to PMO standards and compliance requirements.
  • Support audits and reviews for program documentation and delivery metrics.
  • Support Change Management and Communication for all builds & engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in mid-size GCC transformation programs or PMO environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global setting.
  • Certifications in Project management will be an advantage
