Job Summary:
The P&SC Performance & Analytics Specialist is a business embedded role within the Procurement & Supply Chain organization responsible for enabling data-driven sourcing, contracting, compliance, and operational decisions.Job Description:
Implements advanced dashboards and automated workflows to optimize procurement and supply chain operations, integrating predictive analytics and real-time reporting to consolidate data into a single source of truth, ensuring audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and enabling strategic decisions that reduce cycle times and improve cost efficiency.
Monitors compliance and process effectiveness to ensure alignment with policies and continuous improvement.
Providing training and user support for digital tools and reporting solutions to drive adoption, promote best practices, and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Following established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
Participating in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.
Performing additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.
Additional Job Description:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience
5 years of experience in advanced data analysis, reporting, and process optimization to configure and implement digital tools, consolidate complex data sources.
Experience working with documents, policies, SOP creation and implementation.
Experience leading or collaborating with small projects.
Experience as matter-expert and asset resource to provide support to internal/external clients.
Additional experience may substitute for required education when it aligns with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role:
Associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 3 years of experience performing a previous Specialist (or equivalent) role.
High School or equivalent (GED) when accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 5 years of experience performing a previous Specialist role.
