What You’ll Be Doing

Wealth Management Operations supports the delivery of exceptional client experiences by ensuring the accurate, efficient, and compliant processing of wealth management transactions and services. As the Specialist you will be responsible for working in the Retail Money Movement Team. You will ensure money moves as needed and the appropriate GLs are updated.  You will be responsible to delivery efficient operational support, accurately processing service inquiries and requests while upholding compliance with internal controls and procedures. The role uses judgement regarding priorities and approaches to obtain complete and accurate information of client issues, provide clients with detailed explanations of recommendations and verify their understanding of the issues. You'll demonstrates strong technical and system knowledge to review and analyze data to ensure quality assurance of transactions and maintain customer satisfaction. In addition, the role assists in the management of day-to-day operation and overall efficiency of the unit, while seeking opportunities to streamline existing processes and procedures.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills (including v-look-up and pivot tables) and system knowledge to accurately review, analyze, and process client transactions, ensuring quality and efficiency in all operational activities.

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of accuracy when handling service inquiries, data analysis, and transaction processing, upholding compliance with internal controls and procedures to minimize errors.

  • Collaboration and Initiative: Work effectively as part of a team while independently managing priorities. Proactively support the Senior Specialist, contribute to the unit’s operational efficiency, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
