What you will do:
- Support onboarding and approval of new raw materials and suppliers.
- Qualify new and alternate materials and create traceable specifications.
- Escalate risks for materials missing qualification timelines.
- Raise and track supplier qualification and new part number requests.
- Update Vendor Supply Chain Integrity (VSCI) information.
- Manage vendor performance to improve delivery, quality, and compliance.
- Handle AP inquiries, including invoice issues.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in any field; diploma holders with relevant cGMP manufacturing experience may apply.
- Comfortable with a 1-year contract (possibility to convert to permanent).
- Knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry and cGMP applications is an advantage.
- Experience using SAP and/or Trackwise systems.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills.
