About the Role:

Supports the operational, tactical, and departmental needs of the Omnichannel Marketing team. This role serves as a central point of coordination across a fast-paced, interconnected team whose work influences multiple stakeholders, channels, and workflows. Assists with the execution of omnichannel programs; updates and organizes marketing assets; manages key vendors and budgets; and helps facilitate strategic meetings, communications, and cross-functional alignment.

As the role develops, the specialist will gain progressive exposure to marketing technologies, campaign execution, data reporting, and process optimization, contributing to operational excellence and efficient delivery of marketing initiatives.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

  • General

    • Supports execution of omnichannel marketing programs, including production support for our central capabilities (email, web, display, etc.)

    • Coordinates updates to creative assets, dashboards, and team documentation; assists with preparation of presentation decks and materials

    • Aggregates data from marketing programs and technologies; supports development and dissemination of performance reports and dashboards; Exposure to and use of marketing automation tools and technology

    • Supports planning and logistics for department meetings, workshops, and offsites. Scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and organizing documentation

  • Project & Workflow Management

    • Tracks and monitors project status, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies

    • Maintains meeting records, including action items and summaries, and ensures follow-up across teams

    • Helps optimize team processes and systems across platforms such as Adobe Workfront and similar tools

  • Vendor, Budget, and Contract Support

    • Coordinates with agencies, vendors, and partners on project updates, deliverables, and billing

    • Supports contract workflows including master service agreements, statement of work, purchasing orders, invoices, cost-tracking, and routing

    • Assists with budget tracking across multiple initiatives and cost centers, including accruals and reporting

  • Cross-Functional Communication & Team Coordination

    • Acts as a hub of communication across the Omnichannel Marketing team

    • Acts as a SharePoint administrator and help maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures and department resource libraries

    • Facilitates team and department meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics

    • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related field and 2+ years of marketing, communications, project management/coordination within a marketing organization

  • Prior experience in biotech/life science, pharmaceutical or related industry preferred

  • Working knowledge of market research

  • Strategic thinking skills

  • Ability to apply creative and forward thinking to work initiatives

  • Understands Neurocrine's business objectives and developing understanding of Neurocrine's services and customers

  • Has experience in specific functional discipline while working to acquire higher-level knowledge and skills

  • Comfortable with tools and processes that support work conducted by functional area

  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong internal working relationships

  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Power Point, able to learn new systems and platforms (e.g. Veeva)

  • Good communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Good project management skills

  • Organized and process oriented

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $81,000.00-$111,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
