In this role, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive campaign plans, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance ROI. While you won’t directly execute campaigns, you will collaborate closely with execution teams to ensure flawless implementation of your strategic vision. Your expertise will be key in driving smarter marketing decisions, improving campaign effectiveness, and contributing to long-term organizational growth.

What You'll Bring:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong expertise in marketing strategy development and campaign optimization.
Ability to interpret performance data and connect marketing efforts to business outcomes.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, paid media, customer segmentation, and campaign performance metrics.
Familiarity with email marketing, SMS, and other media disciplines.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering data-driven recommendations.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power Bi) to track and interpret performance.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Knowledge of CRM tools and their role in supporting marketing strategies.
Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus for querying and analyzing data.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel and Power Point.
Job Experience
2+ years of experience in a marketing strategy, planning or optimization role
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
