Job Description:
The Integrated Marketing & Comms (IMC) team is responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans to support the Greek Cluster (Greece, Cyprus & Malta) in achieving its business objectives.

The role:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to client marketing & communication projects:
• Contribute towards the development of campaigns across a range of industries and types of projects, such as B2G, B2B, B2B2C and B2C motivation programs, digital & BTL & ATL marketing campaigns designed to address a wide range of business needs and customer challenges such as acquisition, launch, activation, usage, cross and up selling, retention and loyalty
• Deliver exceptional 360⁰ marketing and communication campaigns driven by data and providing business impact for our clients
• Manage creative development, media planning and execution ensuring high standards of quality and coherence versus client needs
• Achieve operational project execution within agreed project milestones
• Support the development of recommendations, prepare presentations, and deliver them to clients and internally
• Identify cost efficiencies and opportunities for scale and impact
• Manage external agencies
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively from inception through to project implementation and optimization
• Support and manage GTM strategies
• Design and implement AI-enhanced marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Develop day-to-day working relationship with entry-level clients
• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders and marketing agencies
• Apply best practices across countries
