As the Specialist, Lender and Appraiser Relations for Valuation Solutions, you will support the Manager and Director, Valuation Solutions. You will assist and provide another level of support for our internal partners including lender management and Product as well as our External Clients.
You will assist in ensuring superior customer service to both internal and external customers through the delivery of system launches, maintenance activities and support and by being the escalation point for business and operations issues and ensure alignment to the Valuation Solutions strategies.


You will be accountable to provide day-to-day task management and collaboratively work with the valuation team to complete and manage the daily work flow and SLA management of all incoming requests by prioritizing such requests and assigning to the appropriate team members if applicable. You will participate in regular scheduled team meetings and provide updates on operations progress to management. By participating in team projects and initiatives, you will act as an advisor and SME to both the team and management who rely on this role for technical guidance to enhance the quality and efficiency of the Valuation Solutions Team. In addition, you will assist in providing guidance and direction to team members on solutions and review, maintain and provide ongoing improvements to the general environment for processes.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Ensure the delivery and provide subject matter expertise to support project initiatives.
  • Ensure day to day tasks and queues are completed within required SLA’s
  • Manage existing lender/appraiser lists and users
  • Build and foster internal and external partnerships with lender and appraiser network
  • Support lender launches and escalations
  • Support appraiser onboarding to the VS platform
  • Support Product and lender  Managers with resolving issues and requests for lenders
  • Resolves deal Issues and Escalations from internal/external business partners – be the first  point of contact
  • Assist in the development of training guides for new staff and ongoing cross- training
  • Provide exercise day-to-day balanced, constructive feedback on how to improve systems and processes.
  • Recommend and /or find opportunities to enhance existing processes/outputs and be able to discuss proposed changes with various team members/leaders before implementation to ensure that all factors are considered. 
  • leverage technology to optimize processes whenever possible and continually contribute to process improvements.
  •  exercise independent thinking and provide day-to-day balanced, constructive feedback on how to improve systems and processes

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • CRA or DAR designation, or minimum 3-5 years related work experience in the appraisal field
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of an organization (internal and external)

Total Direct Compensation:

81,600 - 99,800

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
